How do you rate the Odds of either Leach or Kyl Bills Becoming law?

Since we all like to speculate on odds etc.--What line would you make that one of these bills becomes law?

I personally have no idea, but would say for the great majority of us--it will end internet wagering as we know it.

I am going to stand by my gut feeling and say that no banning law will pass, although in my readings recently it looks like it may happen. I am keeping the faith. Seems we are at an important stage.

Its strange,they always talk a good game but when it comes to actually passing bills such as these,it never seems to happen.

My sources say its 20-30% at best, and very likely a very "soft" version with things such as no requirements of ISPs. So passage of an act that would REALLY affect us and not just second an already-existing ban on CCs:

Wild Bill_i hope you are right. As for credit cards--NONE of mine have worked in about 2 years and that's WITHOUT any bill passed.
My Visa debit card tied to bank acct. even stopped working sometime late last year.

So-if just cc--they won't affect me. (Also Non-related: I was reading across the street about somebody in Belize--that says the country has a BIG problem with electricity. That's Carib and I don't know which other places)
